Located in a marvellous site on the Black Sea coastline, U Krasnogo Kamnya village is an exceptional environment to live at, spend vacation, and relax.
The cottage village was named after the famous rock Krasniy Kamen (Red Stone). The majestic rock in deed has a reddish tint especially at sunset. The place bears unmatched beauty. A tarn with crystal-clear spring water lies at the foot of the Red Stone, medieval ruins rest on the top, a pine forest comes close from the mountain side, while just beneath it vineyards grow White Muscat (Italy). These grapes are at the core of the famous wine White Muscat of Red Stone, which is unmatched across the globe. The vineyards come back to back to the cottage village borders and some villas go immediately to trenches.

We create a unique product that has no matches on the Crimean shore. The club village has exquisite arrangement of public zones, ensures the best service, and all-in advance infrastructure. The area was designed in line with modern trends of residence construction at the southern sea.
You will never feel stuffy summer heat here. The village is safe from noise and hustle of a coastal resort. Individual villas have been built on similar shores on the Mediterranean north for long and enjoy the status of the most prestige sea areas. Sea swim fans have the best Gurzuf beaches at disposal within just 5 minutes by car. Take several meters away from the village and you'll find a tarn with spring water and pines of the Crimean Reserve coming close. A comfy recreation zone is designed for construction around the lake. The village is surrounded by vineyards of White Muscat grapes (Italy) at the bottom and the famous Red Stone rock from the left. The site can by right boast of incredibly beautiful sea and mountain panoramas. The view is really breathtaking making you feel as if the sea and sky have filled up the whole space producing an impression of a flight. A 19-hole golf club and a recreation facility with a solid fitness and wellness infrastructure are expected to be constructed near the village.
Villas:
Alba
There are only three of these villas featuring exquisite architecture details of the sea façade. The sitting room with mezzanine and panorama glazing give the feeling of the open space and unlimited freedom. You can enjoy a fireplace dressed with natural stone here as well. The master bedroom offers a remarkable roofed terrace with a wide window for sun bathing. Add-on features include a solarium on the ready-to-use roofing and barbeque on the opposite side of the swimming-pool. Interior area including 4 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a kitchen-dinning room makes 371 sq.m. and terraces area –195 sq.m. The villa offers a 2-car parking, a maintenance personnel room, and a cookhouse.
Izola
The most spacious villa in the village with interior area of 437 sq.m. and terraces of 240 sq.m. It offers five bedrooms, roomy terraces, closed and open sitting zones with mezzanine, a room for maintenance staff, a cookhouse, and a two-car parking. Four villas of this type are located on big and mostly sloping sites. The villas are distinctive for spacious terraces at second-floor bedrooms opening panorama sea views and a patio abutting a sitting room suitable for a garden. You will enjoy the terrace at the pool with access to the sitting room, dining room, and a bedroom. The pools just like at other villas offer a sea-directed overflow making an effect of an unbroken water surface.
Kremona
This villa type is much similar to Izola but with smaller area – 355 sq.m. of interior rooms and 222 sq.m. of terraces. Undisputed advantages include a spacious terrace at the pool, wide terraces at second-floor bedrooms, and a sitting room with mezzanine. The villa offers a two-car parking, a maintenance staff room, a cookhouse, and a barbeque. The villa vaunts four bedrooms, a sitting-room with a fireplace, and a kitchen-dining room. The terraces and bathrooms are dressed with natural stone. The pool terrace just like at other villas is covered with moisture resistant planks of valuable timber wood. Three Kremonas are being constructed in the village.
Murana
Five Murana villas are located on the first sea line. The smallest area of this villa was ensured not through smaller interior rooms but at the expense of the pool terrace. Muranas are constructed in the style of Alba with brand mezzanine sitting room and panorama glazing giving the feeling of the open space and unlimited freedom. Almost fully glazed sea façade allows for captivating views of room interior removing the edge between the house and environment. You will find here a master-bedroom with a wide terrace, a roof solarium, a pool terrace, and surely, a barbeque with chimney dressed with natural wild stone. Interior area including 4 bedrooms, a sitting room, and a kitchen-dinning room makes 371 sq.m. and terraces area –167 sq.m. The villa offers a 2-car parking, a maintenance personnel room, and a cookhouse.
Club and infrastructure
The cottage village offers club premises, a stable, children playgrounds, administration facility, and a guest parking. The club building contains a spacious fireplace room with a library and pool where you can have excellent time with friends or neighbours. A small stable will help ride fans keep a horse or pony for your kid. The village location is suitable for horse rides in the Crimean Mountains, while our staff will take the utmost care of horses. The administrative building is the place for village maintenance facilities including a 24h perimeter security, utilities along with a gardener and service manager.
